The TSHN marketplace is more than just a shop - it is the platform for the future of regenerative agriculture in Europe. This is where healthy products, smart inputs and digital services meet modern logistics, transparent ecosystem services and a committed community. All with the aim of holistically strengthening soil fertility, climate protection and regional value creation.

TSHN Europe-wide marketplace for products and services in regenerative agriculture

Overview of the implementation concept

The TSHN marketplace is more than just an online shop: it is the infrastructure for the future of regenerative agriculture. With a well thought-out product range, integrative technology and sustainable logistics, a Europe-wide network for soil fertility, climate resilience and agricultural sovereignty can be established.

Objective:

The TSHN marketplace is to become a European showcase for products, services and digital services relating to regenerative agriculture. It connects consumers, farmers, experts and investors via a digital, transparent and logistically well thought-out platform model.

Offer structure of the marketplace

The offer structure should reflect the services of the network, the companies and the community members. The food products are labelled as regenerative and healthy with a special TSHN seal of approval and are intended to spread the regenerative idea to the general public. At the same time, it is an opportunity for another source of income and increased visibility for regenerative organic farmers.

Products from regenerative agriculture (examples)

The marketplace offers selected, easily transportable and storable products with proof of origin and process:

  • Cereals, lentils, beans (dry, long shelf life)
  • Preserves, fermented specialities (in jars, shelf-stable)
  • Oils and vinegars (packaged to protect them from light)
  • Hard cheese, dried meat (vacuum-packed, can be dispatched chilled)

Logistics and distribution strategy:

Logistics capability of marketplace products

Not all products are suitable for an online marketplace that is positioned throughout Europe and wants to supply local products throughout Europe. The following illustration is intended to provide an initial overview of the categorisation of products:

Show an overview of the categorisation of the products:

Packaging

  • Standardised, recyclable packaging
  • Pallet-optimised shipping for bulk purchases
  • Temperature-controlled packaging units for sensitive goods
  • Centralised and decentralised warehouses in combination: e.g. cross-docking with logistics partners

Sales cooperations & platform synergies

  • Integration of local direct marketing platforms
  • Dropshipping models with supplier warehouse
  • Development of a fulfilment partner for B2B shipping
  • Forwarding partner for machine shipping with online tracking

Local direct marketing platforms:

  • Collaboration with Marktschwärmer, CrowdFarming, organic delivery services
  • Integration of regional hubs into decentralised logistics concept
  • Partner programmes for sales and warehousing

Connection to large platforms (Amazon model):

  • Strategic placement of selected products on Amazon Handmade, Etsy, etc.
  • Goal: Generate traffic, increase brand awareness, drive conversion to TSHN site

Realisation of the marketplace concept

The marketplace is an extensive project that will be transferred to a separate company or co-operative at the end of its development within TSHN R&D. A dedicated management team will ensure its further development and valuable positioning. A separate management team will ensure its further development and valuable positioning.

Roadmap

Phase 1: MVP (Minimum Viable Product)

  • Selection of 10-20 core products (in stock and ready for despatch)
  • Implementation of a shop system (Shopify, WooCommerce or Headless with its own blockchain connection)
  • Connection to first logistics partner (e.g. Sendcloud, Seven Senders)
  • Design of a simple but functional front end

Phase 2: Expansion & integration

  • Connection of member accounts with wallet function
  • Introduction of digital certificates & token functions
  • Development of retailer dashboards for farmers & suppliers
  • API interfaces to cooperation platforms

Phase 3: Network & scaling

  • Establishment of decentralised storage hubs in partner regions
  • Regionalisation of product ranges (logic: proximity before price)
  • Launch of educational channels and regional events
