Building on a 4-year pilot project for carbon farming (2020-2024), TSHN Bodengesundheits- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH in Austria (TSHN R&D for short) was founded in 2025.
The results of the pilot project were convincing. They form the basis for the further scientific development of regenerative agriculture - integrative methods of the second and, subsequently, third generation.

He studied and graduated from WU Vienna with a degree in systems theory, corporate management and finance. Top management consulting as a senior consultant at Fredmund Malik/Management Zentrum St. Gallen in strategy, organisation and VSM.
In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, Christoph Feichtenschlager is also involved in international impact initiativesespecially at the interface of innovation, sustainability, social transformation and international training programmes.
His expertise makes him a strategically-minded partner in the TSHN network, with a particular focus on impact, scaling and international connectivity.
Technology and methods expert with an agricultural background. Grew up on an innovative 80 ha farm in Upper Austria. Agricultural engineering training at the Francisco Josephinum Wieselburg with HTL degree.
Over 35 years of experience in the industry - initially as a 3D CAD pioneer (Pro/Engineer), later as a technical presales specialist for PTC (USA) and since 2003 as software manager at the machine manufacturer AMST Systemtechnik (Aerospace Medicine, Civil Aviation and Visual Systems) for company-wide engineering IT solutions.
At TSHN, his agricultural experience, technological expertise and his sales experience in the technical field. His tasks consist of looking after the topic of measurement methods for agriculture and building up customer support.
Serial entrepreneur in the photovoltaic industry with a focus on innovation, technology and network development in rural areas. With 35 years of professional experience in industrial automation, his network extends beyond industry and national borders - from energy and environmental technology to agriculture, digitalisation and decentralised infrastructure.
He completed his technical training at the HTL Braunau, specialising in electrical engineering. He also successfully completed an MBA programme in Linz and Vienna on the subject of "Opportunities and risks of employee participation".
Since 2017, he has been working intensively in the field of Crypto assets - with practical know-how in Mining, investments and blockchain applications. He applies this experience to new forms of value creation and to TSHN's technological concepts.
Marketing and digitalisation expert with a wealth of experience in the field of industrial environmental technology for 18 years. Special honours for the marketing of the Climate Innovation of the Year by the Austrian Environment Minister and Energy Globe Award. Owner of the DigitalResults advertising agency.
Before becoming self-employed, Michael Kneidinger was Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Infranorm Technologie GmbH in Wels, Austria. In this role, he was responsible for the strategic direction of the marketing and digitalisation departments and the digitalisation of the company.
With a sound technical background as a graduate engineer (FH), he brings extensive experience in the development and implementation of solutions in the field of industrial energy and environmental technology to TSHN.
His focus at TSHN is on marketing, brand building, digitalisation and the development of the community builder.
With over 35 years of experience in international application and sales management, Wolfgang Perschl is a recognised leader in the industry. In various positions - including Regional and Country Managing Director - he has driven strategic, above-average company and regional growth over decades.
A particular focus of his career is in the area of Hybrid Automationwhere he actively shaped innovation and market development. Wolfgang Perschl completed his technical training at the HTL Braunaufollowed by studies at the University of Linz.
At TSHN, his experience and background in the family agricultural sector is also of great value. His area of expertise lies in mechatronics, robotics and corporate customer support.
